This policy describes how your personal data is collected and processed when you use the clairemarieimmo.fr website or get in touch with Claire-Marie Immo.
Data controller
Claire-Marie Huard (trading as Claire-Marie Immo), real estate advisor, independent commercial agent of the iad France network.
- Email: claire-marie.huard@iadfrance.fr
Your exchanges with Claire-Marie Immo take place by email, at the professional address claire-marie.huard@iadfrance.fr, including requests sent through the contact form. As this mailbox is provided within the iad France network, iad France may act as a data controller for its own purposes (putting clients in touch, business tools).
Data we collect
The data processed is the data you choose to send us, by filling in the contact form on the website or by writing to us by email:
- Identity: surname, first name
- Contact details: email address, phone number
- Information about your property project (purchase, sale, valuation, introduction) that you choose to share with us
We do not collect any sensitive data.
Contact form
The information entered in the form (name, email, phone, project, town, property type, message) is sent by email to Claire-Marie Huard through the email delivery provider Resend, with the data hosted in the European Union. It is used only to answer your request. It is not stored on the website, is never passed on to third parties and is kept for no more than three years after our last exchange. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to claire-marie.huard@iadfrance.fr.
Audience measurement
To find out which pages are viewed and to improve the website, we use Vercel Web Analytics, the statistics tool of our hosting provider. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
For each page view, it collects the page address, the referring site, an approximate location (country, region, city), the type of device, the operating system, the browser and the date of the visit. To count visitors without identifying them, Vercel computes a temporary identifier from your browser's request, which it deletes automatically after 24 hours. This data is linked neither to your identity nor to your IP address.
To check that the website loads quickly, we also use Vercel Speed Insights. For each page loaded, it measures how fast the page displays and sends this along with the page address, the country, the type of device, the operating system, the browser and the connection type (4G, 3G…). These measurements are anonymous: they can neither identify you nor reconstruct your path from one page to the next.
We only ever view this data as aggregate statistics, which cannot identify you or follow your browsing on other websites.
Purposes of processing
Your data is used to:
- answer your requests and support you in your property project (purchase, sale, valuation, business referral);
- follow up on our relationship and, where applicable, put you in touch with the iad France network;
- measure the website's traffic and loading speed, as anonymous statistics, in order to improve it;
- comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
Legal bases
- Pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest: to answer your contact requests and support you.
- Legal obligation: for regulatory compliance related to real estate activity.
- Legitimate interest: for measuring the website's audience, limited to traffic statistics that cannot identify you.
- Consent: for sending a request through the contact form, which you give by ticking the box provided. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to claire-marie.huard@iadfrance.fr.
Recipients of the data
Your data is intended for Claire-Marie Huard and, where applicable, the iad France network (putting clients in touch, business tools). It may be shared with our technical providers, in particular the website's hosting provider, which also provides the audience measurement tool (Vercel), the delivery provider for the form's emails (Resend) and the provider of the professional mailbox (iad France).
Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
- Contact requests and prospects with no follow-up: 3 years from your last contact.
- Clients (mandate or transaction): for the whole duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for the duration of the applicable legal obligations (in particular accounting and evidential obligations, up to 10 years for some documents).
- Visit identifier used for audience measurement: 24 hours, then deleted automatically.
After these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised.
Transfers outside the European Union
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., a company based in the United States. Data transfers to the United States related to this hosting and to audience measurement are covered by appropriate safeguards: Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and uses the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The professional mailbox used for our exchanges is provided within the iad France network (European Union).
Requests sent through the form are delivered by Resend (Resend, Inc., United States), configured to process data in the European Union. Any transfers to the United States are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and setting instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, contact us at claire-marie.huard@iadfrance.fr or by post at the address given above. Proof of identity may be requested. We undertake to reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or at www.cnil.fr.
Cookies
The website uses no audience measurement, tracking or advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers. The audience measurement described above works without cookies and without storing anything on your device. Only cookies strictly necessary for the website to work technically may be used; they do not require your consent. No consent banner is therefore needed.
